Dubbed: a documentation of some sort..
Today was fun. Haha!
I met with Panda, Marielle-san, Angel, Kim and Hoki. Woot! ^^
Our initial purpose was to plan for a base idea for this Nihon-go presentation thingy that they guys's sensei registered them for. And we're taking on Flame of Recka. Coolness XD.
There was a Speed Racer movie on the side for the presentation. Sweet xD!
It was so bright, shiny, neon and super saturation and contrast-y. Personally, the story line was sort of too long for me. Racing movies should not have more that one race so that the audience doesn't have to go through a roller coaster of adrenalin and drama over and over again. And some of the lines were just a tad too long and a bit pointless. Some scenes were also badly written. I can't point it out though.
Good thing I was with the guys, so that at least I enjoyed commenting on parts that I can share with them and only them.
Woot. Racer X and Speed anyone? HAHAHAHA!!! So wrong... XP
Afterwards we started to head for home. When Kim, Angel and I were the ones left so Gel begged her parents to treat us to dinner. Woot!!
The night would've ended there if it weren't for some complications...

The Complications
[This part contains cursing. 'tis a rant]
I wasn't supposed to be having dinner with them actually. I was supposed to be home an hour before Gel invited me.
But no... Stupidity reigned through out the night.
My driver had his phone fixed today. So in return I didn't know if my ride was there or not.
My brother then calls me an hour after my driver arrives daw. But I was already having dinner. Stupid-ass. He already knew that the driver was there to pick me up for an hour and then he calls at a bad time. I couldn't get out of the dinner of course. They ordered already.
Then the dinner's over and Kim leaves. Angel and her parents accompany me to find load and call my driver, dad or brother. None of who were answering. Only after 10 minutes I call my dad who tells me to take a freaking taxi back home with my brother.
Stupid driver already left for home. Goddammit.
My brother calls and then tells me he's in Robinson's. So... WTF?
I text him to wait for me there and asked Gel if she could bring me to Galle. Good thing her parents are really nice, 'cause they agreed to it.
Minutes later he tells me that he left for home already. WTF?!!!
So there I am in Galle waiting for a taxi to take, alone. And let me tell you, waiting at the stands did not prove useful.
I was standing there for probably more than an hour and barely any taxi would stop to take the people who were in front of me.
I pity the family before me. They were rejected by 5 taxi's because they didn't pass by their route. So... my luck was so fucked up!!!
After being pissed seeing like teh 10th "Off Duty" sign from the irritatingly empty taxi's I started to walk off and pray that I get lucky to find a taxi.
10 minutes later I found one.
I came home exhausted.
Lesson: If you want a taxi, don't wait by the taxi stand and just look for one that'd stop in the road. 'tis a Filipino thing. The passaway-ness of it all... goddamnit.
Rawr. I've cooled off now so there's not much rage put unto this entry. But 'mygawd. I just wanted to document the stupidity of some people.
Gawddamnit.
